With just 30 minutes of exercise, 3-4 days a week you can become more #productive and #focused on what you need to accomplish. Plus according to the Journal of Labor Research people who exercise regularly earn 9% more. Besides helping you at work and keeping you focused, exercise also pays off in terms of your health. The benefits of exercise are numerous: · Reduce stress · Provide a remedy for depression and anxiety · Improve self esteem · Keep your bones strong · Reduce Cholesterol and heart problems · Increase your energy · Keep your weight in check · Improve sleeping patterns · Improve Daytime alertness If you are struggling to get started on a routine try to envision how you want to feel and look. Since we already know that exercise will make you look and feel happier, more #productive, provide more energy and lift your mood, why not take 30 minutes to get started. Start with an achievable goal. Try it for one day a week and gradually work up to 2 days, then add more. You will begin to notice the change and want to continue. Don't forget if you can't get to the gym there are plenty of exercises you can do right in your own home, even in front of the TV. It is simple to do. Set up a routine of push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges and planks to strengthen your core and build muscle. Even easier than that, start with a walking routine in your neighborhood.
